Hi, I’m Dr. Jennifer Walker.
I’ve built my career navigating high-pressure environments, making quick (and often high-stakes) decisions, leading teams, and learning how to stay grounded when life gets chaotic. In 2018, I moved to Portland, drawn by the Pacific Northwest’s unbeatable mix of mountains, forests, and coastline — and, honestly, a little more sunshine.
Today, alongside my work as a physician and healthcare leader, I coach working professionals who are ready to step into leadership, prevent burnout, and create more clarity and fulfillment in their lives. I have a special passion for supporting working parents — those balancing the demanding (and often messy) realities of parenthood with the ambition to lead, grow, and thrive both personally and professionally. Over the years, I’ve seen how easy it is for even the most driven people to lose momentum, feel disconnected from their goals, or simply run out of steam — and how powerful it can be when they pause, refocus, and realign their energy with what matters most.
